Installation Instructions:
NEW RACKS:
To install Side Rails to your new Easy On/Off Van Rack:
1. Follow steps one and two in the Easy On/Off Van Rack Instructions.
2. Next follow steps 2-4 below on this page
3. Finnaly, continue with steps 3-8 in the Easy On/Off Van Rack Instructions.
EXISTING RACKS:
To add Side Rails to your existing Easy On/Off Van Rack:
1. Remove Van Rack from van and carefully dissasemble the Drip Rail Brackets, Ladder Stop Brackets, Cables, and 12” Bolt Track from the rack.
2. Insert Twist Lock Bolt Track with Hex Bolt at each end of both Side Rails.
3. Place Side Rails with Bolt Tracks onto rack, inserting each Hex Bolt into the hole on top edge of the rack.
4. Secure Side Rails with provided Flat Washers and Hex Nuts.
5. Once Side Rails are installed, reasemble the 12” Bolt Tracks, Cables, Ladder Stop Brackets, and Drip Rail Brackets in the opposite order as in step one.
6. Re-mount rack onto van and secure the Drip Rail Brackets.
Installation is now complete.
