The standard Van Shelf Pack from Tailgater consists of one Top Shelf (without divider slots), one Center Shelf with divider slots, one Bottom Barrier angle, two Shelf Ends, and all mounting hardware. Tools required for this installation include: one 7/16” wrench, one 1/2” wrench or a socket wrench with the equivalent sockets and power drill with 3/8” drill bit.
1. Assemble shelf unit as shown below.
2. Begin by laying down one Shelf End.
3. Next, attach Top Shelf to the top of the Shelf End with supplied hardware.
4. Attach the Center Shelf in the desired position to the Shelf End.
5. Attach the Bottom Barrier to the bottom of the Shelf End.
6. Finally, attach the second Shelf End to the Top Shelf, Center Shelf, and Bottom Barrier.
7. Add a Plastic Protection Strip to the front edge of each shelf.
1. Carefully move the assembled unit into the van and locate to the desired mounting position.
2. Mark and drill four holes with 3/8” drill bit. WARNING: Before drilling into van floor, be aware of fuel tank and exhaust system locations.
3. Use provided Hex Bolts, Fender Washers, and Nyloc Hex Nuts to mount shelf unit. Place Hex Bolts through slotted holes in the bottom of the Shelf Ends and secure under van floor.
